Fruit Cobbler Mix Recipes


Fruit Cobbler Butter 9” x 13” baking dish or pan.

Place single layer of fruit in dish, adding ¼” of juice (if canned) or water (if fresh). You can use 2 cans of your favorite pie filling instead of canned or fresh fruit.

Mix entire contents of bag with 1 large egg using fork until crumbly.

Spread evenly over fruit. Sprinkle top with juice from ½ lemon or lime and 1 stick melted butter.

Bake at 425° for 20 - 25 minutes until top is browned.

Optional: Add cinnamon or nutmeg to apple cobbler. Add almond extract to cherry or peach cobbler if desired.
