Gingerbread Cookie Mix Recipes


Gingerbread CookieMix package with 1 1/3 stick softened butter and 2 large eggs.

Place in freezer for 30 minutes, then form into two 1 ½ inch round rolls.

Place rolls in plastic bag and cool in refrigerator overnight or up to a week. You can also begin making cookies immediately if you wish.

Slice rolls into ¼ inch discs and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool and serve.

For a harder cookie, add another egg and decrease butter to ¾ stick and grease cookie sheet before baking.

You can bake half a batch using 1 large egg and 5/8 stick of butter.
