Woodpecker Farm Foods strives to bring you high quality gourmet products at a reasonable price. Many of the recipes date back to Colonial times. You can taste some of the history of our country in our products.

We use only the highest quality ingredients in our offerings. For example, we use unbleached wheat flour and stone-ground corn meal instead of processed flours. The only processed ingredients are those that are part of the baking powder or baking soda found in the products, which have been added to the original recipes to improve preparation. All batter and dough mixes and spice blends are all-natural with no artificial ingredients or preservatives.

The products keep well on the shelf; however, we recommend that the product be refrigerated or frozen if it will be kept for an extended period of time, or if it has been opened.

All our products carry the Virginia’s Finest logo. The Virginia’s Finest trademark program was started in 1989 by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to identify, differentiate, and promote top-quality Virginia-produced and processed agricultural products. We are proud to be a part of this program.
